redesign for concierge group
Luxury concierge brand elevated through elegant, conversion-driven design.
Client: Niseus Group
Role: Experience Designer (Contract)
Duration: December 2023 – March 2024
context

Niseus Group is a luxury concierge agency based in Barcelona and Ibiza, offering high-end yacht charters, premium vehicle rentals, and exclusive villa bookings. Their existing website didn’t reflect the caliber of their brand. It lacked visual sophistication, a clear information hierarchy, and compelling calls to action — key issues that hindered trust and conversions among their discerning clientele.
Pain points:
• Outdated, generic design that didn’t convey luxury or exclusivity.
• Poor UX and navigation structure, especially on mobile.
• Low conversion due to unclear service pathways and weak CTAs.
• No strong brand identity or consistent visual language
My role
I was the sole designer on this project, responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution — from research and UX through to visual design. I worked directly with the founder of Niseus Group and hired a front-end developer, collaborating closely with them throughout the build to ensure a smooth, pixel-perfect implementation.
Approach

My process began with a full UX audit of the existing site, followed by competitive research into luxury service brands and concierge platforms. From there, I created a streamlined content strategy and began prototyping a bold, editorial-inspired layout that would feel both aspirational and intuitive.
Working directly with the founder helped align business goals with design decisions quickly. I also hired and managed a front-end developer, ensuring our implementation matched the design vision across all screen sizes. Daily async check-ins and collaborative QA rounds helped us move fast while maintaining quality.
Key focus areas:
• Content restructuring for better storytelling and conversion.
• Wireframes and flows built for clarity, with luxury in mind.
• Visual system rooted in elegance, whitespace, and typographic contrast.
• Developer-ready handoff and active design/dev iteration.
solution

The new Niseus website is a refined digital presence that positions the brand as a leader in luxury concierge services. The design is clean, intuitive, and built to convert.
Final deliverables:
• A bespoke homepage with a strong brand voice and clear CTA hierarchy.
• Elevated visuals and elegant typography to convey trust and sophistication.
• Responsive layouts optimized for high-end clients browsing on mobile.
• Scroll-triggered animations and subtle transitions to elevate the experience.
• Modular content blocks that can grow with the business.
Impact
Since launching the new site, Niseus has seen improved engagement and more high-quality client inquiries. The redesign has helped them better position their brand in a competitive market and build trust with their clientele from the very first interaction.
Early results & Outcomes:
• Increased inquiries via strategically placed contact CTAs.
• Higher engagement metrics, especially time on site and scroll depth.
• Positive feedback from new clients who value seamless digital experiences.
• A digital presence that now matches the premium offline service.

Reflections & Growth

This project was a reminder that designing for luxury isn’t about adding more — it’s about refining down to what’s essential and beautifully executed. Every decision needed to be intentional, from typography to spacing to how the site felt in motion.
It also reinforced how vital close collaboration is, especially when working solo. Direct access to the client and developer meant fewer bottlenecks and faster iteration — something I value in all freelance and startup environments.
